Coaching is a factor that plays an important role in the world of sports, especially futsal, futsal coaching needs to be done as early possible through talent scouting and scouting, nursery, sports education training based on science technology effectively efficiently, due whether itself developing or not. Therefore it necessary analyze strength, weakness, opportunity, threats. This type research included qualitative descriptive research. method SWOT (strength, threat). Sources data were obtained from interviews with administrators, coaches, athletes who excel at U-21, parents guardians FNB athletes. Data collection techniques using (1) (2) observation (3) documentation. results study can seen, strengths include: good management according job descriptions, licensed certified trainers, motivation support, talented accomplished athletes, relationship between players, parents, ( 2) weaknesses lack facilities infrastructure, sources funds, policies for opportunities being reference other teams process, able produce physical, mental skill, even better performance have high flying hours, add lot additional funds various sponsors, (4) threats jealousy occurs many join Futsal Club.
